JOHN ALT, RA Education: 1976 Masters of Architecture Registration: 1987 Architect - Maryland John Alt is a principal designer for many of the commercial and residential projects, working in the early stages to establish an initial solution and building form concept. With 30 years experience as an educator, planner and architect, John has developed the ability to rapidly analyze and visualize building solutions. He is also the founder of Village Technology an “urban solutions think-tank” which focuses on issues of pedestrian-mobility, downtown livability and affordable housing. In addition, John holds three patents for downtown pedestrian-mobility solutions.
SCARLETT BREEDING, AIA Education: 1978 Masters of Housing & Interior Design 1986 Masters of Architecture and Planning Registration: 1991 Architect - Maryland Scarlett has over 25 years experience in the practice of Architecture and Interior Design. In addition to her strong design skills and intuition, she is well known for her special abilities and effectiveness in project facilitation and construction management. As a project manager she has consistently exceeded her clients expectations in achieving project goals within budget and schedule. Scarlett has served as president of the Chamber of Commerce for Annapolis and Anne Arundel County, chair of the board for the Foundation of A.A. Community College and was named Business Leader of the year while serving on the board of Economic Development Corporation.
JOHN JAY SCHWARZ, NCARB, LEED AP Education: 1977 Bachelors of Architecture Registration: Architect – Maryland- 1984, Pennsylvania, Virginia Jay Schwarz has practiced architecture in the Mid-Atlantic region since the late ‘70’s. Well versed in contemporary parti’s and new construction with a focus on sustainable design, he has also developed a well earned a reputation for his sensitive integration of projects within an existing built context. Jay’s experience includes serving a diverse array of clients in both the private and public sectors – with varied project type and scale - residential, institutional and industrial – and project programs’ ranging from the simple to the complex. |
